General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 6622bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the 6622bat platform available at https://6622bat.app and its associated subdomains and mobile web interfaces.

Platform Access

Consequences of Underage Use
If 6622bat determines at any time that a player account is held or operated by a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Winnings accumulated on an underage account are not payable and will be voided in full. 6622bat reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
Account Registration

Single Account Policy

Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6622bat will close all but the oldest verified account and may void balances held in the duplicate accounts pending a full investigation.
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 6622bat strongly recommends selecting a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — or while your session remains active — will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 6622bat support immediately.
6622bat will never ask for your account password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team without delay.
Account Information Accuracy
You undertake to keep all account information accurate and up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. Any change to your name, address, email address, or mobile number must be reported to the support team promptly. 6622bat reserves the right to suspend account activity where the information on file is found to be materially inaccurate or where verification of updated information is pending. Providing false information during registration or KYC constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount and any daily or weekly deposit limits are determined by the payment method selected and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 6622bat account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day depending on the processing schedules of the originating and receiving banks.

However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 6622bat's control. Withdrawal limits may be subject to review and adjustment where unusually large or frequent requests are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
Refund Policy
Deposits made to a 6622bat account and subsequently wagered are not refundable. Deposits that have not been wagered and where no bonus has been claimed may be returned to the originating payment method upon account closure request, subject to identity verification. In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or erroneous deposit, please contact the support team with transaction evidence and the matter will be investigated and resolved within five business days.
Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual offer's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any portion of the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — slot games typically contribute 100% towards meeting wagering requirements, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in returns regardless of outcome, systematically exploiting low-wagering-contribution games in combination with high-value bonuses, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — is strictly prohibited. Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any associated free bet credits that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically without replacement or compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry status of their own bonus balances within the account dashboard.
Modification and Withdrawal of Offers
6622bat reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before you have claimed it, no compensation is payable. Where a promotion has already been claimed and credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall continue to apply to that specific bonus instance.
User Obligations
As a registered user of 6622bat, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement at all times. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your obligations under this Agreement:
- Fraudulent Activity: Submitting false identity documents, providing inaccurate personal information, or engaging in any form of financial fraud including charge-backs on legitimate deposits.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, or sports wagering market available on the platform.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated wagering software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with live casino tables, or exploit game mechanics.
- Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another account in order to transfer balance between accounts by circumventing standard transfer restrictions.
- Match Manipulation: Participating in, arranging, or having prior knowledge of the manipulation of any sporting event or match offered in the 6622bat sportsbook.

Account Suspension & Closure
6622bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, or where closure is required for regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. The following circumstances may individually or collectively give rise to account suspension or closure:
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request has been submitted.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
- Discovery that the account is held by a person under the age of 18.
- Evidence of duplicate account operation in breach of the single account policy.
- Sustained engagement in bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.
- Use of automated software or bots in breach of Section 6.
- Player request for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your 6622bat account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 6622bat will process the request within two business days. Any remaining verified balance (net of unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure confirmation being issued.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months and the account balance is zero. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be notified by email prior to any administrative action. Limitation of Liability

Technical Failures

Odds and Pricing Errors
In the event that an odds price or casino game payout is published in error due to a technical or human mistake — including but not limited to prices that are manifestly incorrect relative to prevailing market conditions — 6622bat reserves the right to void affected bets and recalculate settlements at the correct price or to offer the player the option to void the bet entirely. No player may rely upon an obviously erroneous price as the basis for a legitimate claim.
Third-Party Content

Maximum Liability Cap
